Acrylic and Oil on Canvas, 2026

Sakartvelo reflects on the uncertainty of new beginnings and the unexpected turns that can leave us questioning our path. It captures the moment when hope gives way to confusion, and the future we imagined suddenly feels out of reach.

Inspired by travelling Georgia, the painting explores the quiet presence of a golden light that emerges in moments of uncertainty. A light that cannot be found by searching for answers, but only by becoming still, and turning inward.

It is a reminder that even when we lose our sense of direction, something within us can still guide the way.
